1. Scope of Services
We offer live and recorded sessions designed to enhance leadership capabilities, strategic planning, and executive decision making.
1.1 Live Sessions
Participants may reschedule a session if they notify us at least seven days in advance via our contact form. If a request arrives less than seven days before the session date, a fee reimbursement is not available due to resource allocation and limited seating.
1.2 Recorded Programs
Access is granted upon full settlement of the program fee. If access fails due to technical delivery issues, please submit a request within 14 days via our contact form for a fee reimbursement.
2. Digital Products
This category includes e-manuals, video modules, and other downloadable materials. Customers may request a fee reimbursement within 14 days of first access if the digital product does not match its description. To submit a request, please use our contact form.
3. Physical Goods
Branded manuals and workbooks are non editable. If you wish to send back a physical item, you must do so within 30 days of shipment. Items must arrive in original condition and packaging. We will issue a fee reimbursement for the item within 14 days of receipt of the item at our facility. Shipping costs for sending back the item are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
4. Refund Policy
LeaderFlowStep maintains a transparent approach for fee reimbursements and scheduling adjustments:
- Live Sessions: Rescheduling is permitted up to seven days before the scheduled date. After that window, no fee reimbursement is granted.
- Recorded Programs: Fee reimbursements are available within 14 days of access activation if technical delivery issues occur.
- Digital Products: Eligible for fee reimbursement within 14 days if material does not match the provided description.
- Physical Goods: Fee reimbursements are issued upon receipt of the item at our facility. Shipping costs for sending back the item are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
All approved reimbursements are sent back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. For any request, please use our contact form. Approval may require verification of purchase and customer identity.
5. Changes to Terms
